Artwork: Camera-ready black and white art must be supplied with each order to size and 300% of the desired size. Digital or electronic art is acceptable in either IBM (PC) or Mac format (Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw preferred). All orders requiring art production will incur a minimum $85.00 (R) art charge. Full color art presentation available at $160.00 (R).

Acknowledgment: All orders will be acknowledged by fax. Please review and respond immediately with any changes. Orders will be considered correct unless an email or call is received.

Cancellations/Returns/Holds: Orders canceled during production will be charged for all work completed up to the time of cancellation. The charge will be based on what stage the order is at when it is cancelled in addition to a $25.00 (Z) processing fee. Any orders on hold for over 30 days will automatically be considered cancelled and will incur a cancellation fee. No order may be returned without the prior authorization and a RA (Return Authorization) number is required. Claims or returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

Dies & Tooling: Dies, tooling, and molds become the property of Infinity Recognition and will be available for reorders up to 3 years.

Less Than Minimum: Orders for quantities less than minimum will require a special quotation. Not all products have a less than minimum option.

Overruns/Underruns: Infinity Recognition does try to ship exact quantities. Due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to ship and invoice for 5% over or under the quantity ordered.

Packaging: Please see product page for specifications. Special packaging is available.

Production Time: Most orders will be shipped within 4-5 weeks of approved art or approved pre-production proof.

Preproduction Sample: A preproduction sample is available for $100.00 (R) in addition to the die charge(s). Normal production time is required to manufacture order after approval.

Verbal orders are not acceptable. All orders are to have a purchase order number with all company information imprinted on the P.O.

Pricing: All prices indicated throughout this web site are subject to change without notice.

Reorder: No set up charge will apply if design is identical. Colors may change without additional cost. (3 year maximum for no charge.)

Rush Order: Production time less than our stated time must be approved by Infinity Recognition. Rush charges may apply.

Shipping: FOB Sacramento, California. Drop shipments $8.00 (X) per location. COD shipments add $10.00 (X).

Terms: Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. For all new clients, a 50% deposit is required upon placement of the order. The balance is due prior to shipment. Upon credit approval terms are net 30 days with an interest of 1.5% per month on all past due accounts. Please note that a 3% surcharge will be incurred if you choose to pay by credit card.
